Toxicity, politics, favouritism, long working hours irrespective of projects. They pay you 10 percent above market and make you work 50 percent above market and anyway you loose the deal.

High focus on learning and skill improvement. Lot of training programs, Udemy LinkedIn learning accounts, certification vouchers.

Dislikes

No growth, no appraisals, less salary than market, unrealistic expectations, client work not counted, no recognitions, over pressurized with work client delivery plus internal projects plus extra demands with zero pay hike. Do not join, Save yourself

No Job security, Hire and Fire company. I would advise no one to join even if HR promises you to pay high package. After giving almost 3rounds of interview they select candidates and after selection to get internal project client takes 2rounds of tough interview and sometimes coding test. if any candidate is on bench more than 2hours HR asks you to resign forcefully. This is just harassment after getting 3/4 companies when you select Publicis Sapient. Don't Join Publicis Sapient!!!

No Job Security. Promotion criteria changed very frequently so people are waiting for promotion from so long. No Salary this year , even no year end party and year end gift. Office parking also paid.
