The culture of the company is good. You get plenty of leaves. Salary is also good. Good for Fresher Candidates.

Dislikes

Their promotion and Appraisal cycle is too much time taking and higher ups can do politics sometime which might directly affect you. Growth is too slow due to promotion Policy.

...hey don't provide any KT for projects, but they expect you to do work on time. No bonus, even you work harder and give your best and make things happen, they don't care and appreciate your hard work.

Good salary, Good tech stack to work on, Relocation bonus and less variable deduction.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance even at junior level people here are working late nyts. 2. Bad Management especially in Academy project, never join this project and many employees are leaving this organisation within 8-10 mnths 3. Longer bench period even for more than 6 mnths fr many employees which lead to increase in bench hours and thus deduction in some amount from salary also. 4. After entering into company to join project there are 2 rounds one project interview and one client one. If rejected, u again come to bench and again it would take lot of time to find another project.

...atives are taken up for employees, Learning and talent development is also good. Salary is better than other service based companies.

Dislikes

Work life balance can be bad in some projects but that depends on the project managers similar to other service based companies. The person who takes up tasks and has the skills is overburdened with more tasks, again depends on the project.
