...approachable and open to suggestions, even if not everything got implemented. 5. Compensation: The pay was fair for the industry. Benefits were pretty basic though.

Dislikes

1. Transparency: Communication wasn't always clear. There were times when things could have been more transparent, especially with leadership and company decisions. 2. Processes & Structure: The processes in place were pretty basic and definitely need improvement. 3. Resource Constraints: We oftern had to deal with limited resources. I personally enjoyed taking on more than my fair share of work, but it wasn't something my peers always appreciated. 4. Leave Policy: The leave policy was a bit disappointing. There weren't a lot of leaves to begin with, and you couldn't carry them over or cash them out.
