Job security is less due to no identify cards and salary slips for training persons. Also the work pressure is high for example of 9 hours of shift time we are working in minimum 12 to 18 hours. Then also the extra timings are not considerable. HR department persons are only considering the in time and shift end time.

Top Management is use to listen Middle Management thus Middle Management saves them by blaming lower Management. Such Management will kill employee welfare and one everything will be collapse

Top management and middle management has nonsense policy for middle and lower management Management is very impatient for Sales Manager business , Completely nonsense desicion making They consider purely sales person as application management though he has proven for 12 years.
