Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. No systematic approach as proper systems are considered as an inderance to projects success(For fast gorwing companies like Propel it is a must which needs to be realised) 4. Freshers join boost their knowledge and jump after 2 to 3 years to good company, attrition is not controlled...

On time salary.Timely bill gets cleared from accounts department. On salary deduction while on leave.

Dislikes

Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor
