1. Knowledge in electrical drawing study

2. Knowledge in vehicle wiring harness trouble shooting

3. Basic electrical tools & instruments usage

4. Documentation and problem track issues observed in vehicle service

5. Warranty clearance supports for field part replacement in the vehicle

6. Field failure issues identification and root cause analysis and failure analysis activities with team and Problem solving ability

7. Acting a bridge between R&D for field technical support & product feedback.

8. Issues escalation to R&D team for the quality improvement.

9. Responsible for technical interface with customer.

10.Provide customer training

11.Define & ensure the applications are in-lined with customer needs & requirement

12.Willingness to travel to all geo-graphical locations wherein Propel EV trucks are available

13. HV & LV line knowledge

ESSENTIAL (Functional Knowledge / Technical Expertise / Software / Experience / Behavioural

DESIRABLE (Functional Knowledge / Technical Expertise / Software / Experience / Behavioural

Good working knowledge in High Voltage (HV)

Experience between 3-4 years.

Basic knowledge in working with MS Excel & Word.

Experience in vehicle services under any of EV companies (Car/ Bus/ Truck).

Knowledge in Human machine interface & flashing the softwares.

Certification on High voltage servicing shall be added advantage

Strong understanding of debugging tools and DTC codes

Knowledge on Basic electronics and their working principles

Usage of test equipment like Multimeter, oscilloscope and Data loggers
