Daily allowance & Petrol expense is very low compared to other companies. No other benefits other than this. If you are new to this company and you have added some customers but you will definitely will have bad relations with your customers because you can’t supply material to your customer on time, because of bigger and older Sharks in this company, they prefer large volume and give priority to them. You will have to work in midnight also whenever necessary.

Pressure job from starting month and senior have own opinion regarding employees good or bad if u are doing business but boss opinion negative then u r serviver is trouble and put the paper ,resignation.there is no value of work.

There was job security as long as you buttered the higher ups well.

Dislikes

Females are not given enough recognition. New ideas are never given priority. Salary wise increments are not good. The company thrives on 80% politics. Higher management comprises of only elder people, recognition of young generation at higher up levels is zero.

Internal politics , Hr department is horribly dumb their is no role of hr in anything , internal corruption by higher mgmt and middle and lower mgmt , employees wants to destroy company and higher mgmt is not able to control this , Commission is being charged by production department , diesel is being stolen by driver and production head is supporting this fully and he is also taking commission from raw material supplier , sales head is also running his own company ...... work life balance is zero...
