1. Good team work 2. People are supportive 3. You will enjoy working here but for 1 year then things will start repeating.

There are several dislikes among which common are as follows: 1. Buttering system: Manager always likes a bunch of people specially those who are from their local area. 2. Less Growth: Annual Increment is very less. 3. Manager don't believe in your work rather will consider you only if senior team member gives your good reviews. 4. Documentation of everything even if it is not required.

If we raise any issue regarding something they always give some unsatisfactory answer and join this is not possible in our policies. Non work policies are worst like team parties, team outing, no inter employees games. Initially there was these activities but count of employees grow they drop all activities one by one. Also they don't give medical insurance to your parents.

You can not work on specific technology. Management is strictly restrict you on C++ lqnguage. No personal growth. Skill and people managemnt is worse.
