Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.

...on't look performances they only look who is good with them at personal level There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow

Im under 3rs party pay roles but got equal standard treatment from my colleagues, flexible work culture. Great to work with my team. Have learned a lot of soft skills.

...tics in lower management level and showing lot of partiality between one to one. In-terms salary hike and promotions they use to give their supporters only. No matter how you are working and your output.

..., and hopefully globally also. The highlight should be....Good hikes every year. Not all CC companies thinks salary hike is important for old employees, but Pidilite does.

Dislikes

When the company goes through so much experiment, the employees are in receiving end. Its like you are always on your 7th nerve. You start loosing the path. The excitement doesnt let you enjoy the everyday chores. And when so many changes goes on and you are in the middle of it, you start questing about hob security. I had 4 bosses in 4 years. And all are different each other, would say they repel each other. So you need to change fast once the calendar changes. Its my opinion. I didnt left Pidilite for four years, because i kinda got used to it.
