A lot is expected without any KT. Look at code and learn yourself. Open the code and learn...you will hear this often here(may be the situation in my team) They wont answer to your query, but will assign you cases over the same chat. No help provided for your queries without scolding you.

1. Good to join as a fresher. 2. Free Transport, health checkup/insurance benefits. 3. Get to work on core banking product having quite a big market presence. 4. If you land up in good project, might get to work on microservices etc. 5. Less notice period

Low salary and hikes . Old technology. Good and elegant works is not appreciated and credit is taken by old timer even most help needed from you and most people know you doesn't matter. Slow people are appreciated.
