Sadly there's nothing much to say positive about the company except we are getting paid.

Everything like office environment, partiality and politics. Manager always chew vimal (some kind of tobacco) on floor and while talking with agents which feels very disgusting. And misbehaving with female agents by touching their hands, head etc.. Assistant manager gives 💯% support and can take unlimited leaves and nobody will mark those days as absent if any agent buys him alcohol/cigarette. Worst management and worst company. Kindly take necessary action on above mentioned concerns. Thank you for asking so that I can express my feelings at least with you guys.

Yes,I would like to say work and training new skills can learned well including colleagues are helping and supporting the work whole team. Team leader guiding is good .

Not enough for break time bcoz while going to break we have timer fixed in day so for lunch break

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and shift timing is comfortable with rotational or fixed week off..
