This review is only dor for Secretarial Department. Each Department has a separate work culture. Pros: 1. Work from Home granted when required. No questions asked. 2. Managers are usually helpful and supportive. However exception is always there. 3. Direct Client Interaction. Especially the Foreign ones. 4. Independent Decision Making.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Extremely Poor Salary 2. 2-3% Increment each year 3. No Promotions usually 4. Bonus is a part of Salary which is often not granted at the end of year. 5. Lots of Internal Tracker maintenance 6. Billing and Budgeting is handled by Company Secretaries which is the worst part. 7. Repetitive monotonous work. No learning after a year.

Toxic environment. Less salary for experienced professionals. Zero work-life balance. Zero perks.

... arenot supportive. No Job security. Keeping freshers on third party payroll. Salary is less. Corporate politics. Even senior associates are acting like they are helping to associates but actually they dont help.

If you thinking joining payroll division, think 10 times in fact don't even think to join . Management tells you some profile during joining but practically it totally different and eventually management blames you that you can't deliver it so you performance is poor. After Manager exit almost 15+ employees got frustrated and left the company. Basically they are running business like roadside firm, it is full of politics and blame games , company does not have any vision mission hence they are at last in the top rating.

- No professionalism always favour close employees - No job clarity - Expect anything and everything with small salary - Full of exploitation at work place.

Work Culture is great at Nexdigm, Apart from this you will learn allot of things. Colleagues are too helpful for problem solving. Even the management is great.

Dislikes

First of all the work load is high and according to the work not that much salary is paying at Nexdigm. Apart from these there are issues about leave. Sometimes we work for 12-13 Hrs.
