salary comes on time, including the variable part

Dislikes

I think apart from salary and variable pay everything is bad. They will ask a functional person to work on testing role. Put you any project they would feel like regardless of your skill set. The culture is also bad many senior mangers are in the company for ages.. People are there in the company for so long and they do whatever they want to do.

They give good appraisal/hike if you have worked dedicatedly for the project. I got an average hike of around 48%in first year and 35%in second year. They give opportunities to travel onsite, and work individually on different modules.

...pan of 3 years and work solely. But my mental health has been compromised a lot. Realised this very late that I'm working too much at a very low pay.

Nothing all are fake promises. Be aware of HR, they don't tell over call anything.

Dislikes

There is variable pay in salary structure, but HR didn't tell me about VB they are fooling people around and they told me min 30 % hike but they only given me 15 % plus variable pay. BE AWARE OF SUCH SCAM. there is technology degrade over here they have hire me for Spring boot for one client but at client side they don't even use Spring, they use JSF & JSP.

There is not much to be liked about the company apart from the colleagues. The management is very biased if you touch their toes you will be promoted even if you don't do any work and come for 2 hours to office. They will take you on free trips just because they are biased.

Very biased and politics. Even if you work day and night they will say you are not working If they find your salary is high they will remove you for no reason They like only those people who are favourite of managers or are good looking If you are from Amity own an iPhone you will be selected but won't be paid enough If you drink and smoke you will be able to connect with others Even when you are hospitalized or down with fever you are asked to work despite taking leave Salary promotion is only for those who are manager's favourite Targets assigned are impossible and irrational HRs are just puppets they don't reply to email or calls Logistics, salary and other departments work like government officials your mother may be dying but they won't help you with insurance, they just won't pick up the call because offices are spread across north pole and south pole apparently Most kids are hired with no experience and when they mess up the blame comes on you Employees are so wiered that they have to write etiquettes list in the elevators and corridors like do not push any one. Management doesn't care about employees they are just making money and company is on auto pilot. Arrogance has blinded their eyes. They think they are better than Tata and Microsoft or even Apple. They will take you on trips and then ask you to pay for those trips. There is nothing to learn here, they don't want to spend money on latest tools. They would rather pay hefty amount to agencies rather than employees and commission will go to the person involved. It is like making a Tesla car with stone edged tools. Better find a nice job and skip this company.
