No Politics Friendly Environment

Dislikes

They can fire you any single day without any notice, without any warning. If you argue regarding notice period they threaten you, If you want to leave the job then you need to serve 3 months notice period and during notice period you will not get salary. After reliving you will get 3 months salary combine. They never tell you regarding one year bond at the joining they asked you to sign. Top Management are the group of fool people.

Team members. Salary on time.

Dislikes

No proper career growth. BOND on joining(even for senior posts) with no or very minimum hike. During appraisal they offer two options, either take appraisal with one year BOND other wise no appraisal or negligible appraisal. Managers are rude and may force to sit late and work on weekend and usually call at the closing time with a serious bug which needs to be resolved same day anyhow. Politics on high level. Management always wants you to work more , not learn more because if you learn you may ask for high raise or leave the company. So, they will give you similar kind of work or project which will limit your technical growth. No documentation and even proper code structure and very bad code. In Short one may regret with in a month after joining this company and because of bond employee will feel like stuck and loosing precious time and peace of mind also.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Being Sales Executive at Netsmartz allows me to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are same. There a lot of learning opportunities. I appreciate that there's an open communication channels with Leadership team. My team and seniors are quite supportive. The policies here at Netsmartz have been beneficial. Especially the leave sharing policy and health insurance policy have helped me in need of an hour.
