...ion. Salaries? They're a game of chance—delayed, incomplete, or not paid at all. They dangle the "variable pay" carrot in front of you, but after a year, it's nothing but empty promises. Resigning employees are left hanging with no salary, no notice period pay, and absolutely no response to calls or emails. There's no formal leave policy, no overtime pay, and the Provident Fund? Completely ignored. Performance reviews and raises? Don’t even bother. Management is utterly disconnected, running this sinking ship with zero strategy. It’s a toxic hellhole where you’re treated like disposable garbage, and your hard work means nothing.

Salaries are consistently late, Provident Fund payments are ignored, and performance bonuses are nothing but a distant fantasy. Employees are left in constant financial uncertainty, and the workplace is a mess of office politics, micromanagement, and chaos because there’s no clear leadership. When employees quit, they often leave with unpaid dues. The recent closure of Ascend International left around 70-80 workers without pay for more than seven months. The General Manager, Balaji Sir, conveniently avoids the office to dodge questions about the growing debt and overdue salaries. People are forced to work long hours without any formal leave policy or recognition, and the toxic work culture just makes everything worse. Promises of change are made, but they are always empty—nothing ever changes.

Salary, you don't know when it'll come. Internal politics and Favourism. Very poor management and management in India is even worse. Neither management nor teams are clear about their goals, every week new project and every 15 days some sort of demo (without any development). No work life balance. Appraisal - Don't know, it'll happen or not.

High turnover and a lack of employee support make this an unstable and unsatisfactory workplace.
