In this company work hard person are CSE and they get low salary when compared to others.Before I joining muthoot I work in banking sector but they never say me leave this job here I leasen so many time u leave this job I will take some new Employee and I will not understand in this case all senior Employee leave this organization they get alot operational issue and suspicious gold loan and *I request to the company please divided operation for CSE and business u will take some business executive* and I am requesting to the company please reduce pan card amount I don't want pan card incentive also please reduce pan card amount and swarna varsham gram please decrease it was very high when compared to others and we have lot of targets will reduce and if company give 100% will try 70% of our targets but our higher official are want 120% and they give us lot of pressure and they give us lot of pressure and now days kyc is difficult for us bur they want 120% and when customer came we done but here official are announce the BIG DAY that time we can't do they get so much pressure us please action because we salary for service the customer but we totally doing sale it is not correct way want was think
