Working timing is good, and salary is always come on time.

In this company salary increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch, so the new staff who join in a smaller branch will not get any benefit. If increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch then the vintage staff should get a bigger branch according to their individual score card or there should be shuffling of all employees every 2 years.

Working timing is good, Salary come on time , great place for girls as they get job nearest to home

Dislikes

Working culture is toxic in some branches as there is lot of gap between management and employees. Employees do not able to contact HR for their problems. Appraisal and increment is not good as only buttering people get that.

Salary credited on time. Customer complaint system is very good. Working hours is very strict and there is no overtime. Company is good for freshers and govt. retired person.

Employee's opinion doesn't matter. Salary increment and promotions are very slow. Leaves are very less in the company.

Company is very good norms and polices. Try to improve HR polices to female candidates.. Package need to improve for sr cse who r working years and years.

I am working here 4 years what I was see in this company lot of politics and new junior getting more salary then seniors and in this hard working person are CSE and they get low salary when compared to others here every upper destination are used word was u can leave we will take new employees. In this case all senior are resign in my experience so many operation issue and suspicious gold loan also done. I was request to the company please separate sale and service executive because here our destination is customer service executive but we are done fully sale and know day we get full pressure for sale third party time and kyc so we can't be focus on operation that why some deviation happen to the branches so please u will change the customer service executive as operation and take some other employees for sales this my kindly request to HO
