Our company environment is excellent, but our Area Manager's abusive language and sales driven approach compromise our well-being and role clarity. As Customer Service Executives, we're expected to focus on sales 90%, conflicting with our core responsibilities. We need support to address these issues and align our roles with customer service goals

I am not satisfied in salary bcz for two yrs I'm did not get any increment and pf facility also and very targets and for employees no help for any problem company not involve

I recommend everyone not to join, you have to run behind targets 24/7 no time for family, if u don't achieve target you will not get leave, this is how they treated you, nothing interesting in muthoot fincorp its boring job, I don't recommend anyone
