...ometimes time limit exceeded and it's very hectic to balance personal life ... It's necessary to fix closing time either pay extra salary

Salary always on time. Today I personally feel i waste my 3 years my life in Muthoot fincorp.

There is a lot of politics at senior level management . If any senior don’t like any of employees they try to harassing him/her . So he/she resigned from the job. And become easier for them to keep their sleuth employees . If you want to get promoted , better variables and increments, you have to be sleuth employee and seniors favourite.

Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent, company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...thing have in all companies, some times management does not address our issues. Salary good but career growth is slow. Probation period is one year which is easily extended till 2years

The most dislike about mfl is promotion of staff and salary also . i was working with muthoot last 4 yrs bt there is no promotion and also not statisfactory salary which i got now days in last 4 years.
