There is nothing to like about this so called company, they're extremely exploitative, they will never give you salary on time and the way they treat employee is so worse.

Dislikes

There are so many flaws: 1.They did not have washroom or place to freshen up 2. You cannot take 1 extra minute of break, all they want from you is to sit on the chair for straight for 8 hours 3. If you are 5 mins the HR calls and scolds you but nobody talks about late log off. 4. The CEO of the company calls you casually for nothing and insults you. 5. If u want a sick leave the HR expects you to tell me 2 days prior of you are going to fall sick. 6. You can't pick one personal call from you home or college as the manager would call everyone and tell 7. They give you the bare minimum salary 8. They give you agreements with the most absurd terms and conditions. 7. The goal of the company is to hire you as an intern and make you do the job in the minimum amount without any training 8. Nobody has educated enough there, the language they use is lower class. 9. Zero professionalism 10. They have nothing in the office, not even the box of tissue, no washroom, you punch in and out four times a day from 1st floor to 4th floor.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
