Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Good Work Life Balance, Helps to Upskills to newest technologies.

Dislikes

No Hikes, More Work but same salary, Worst Higher Management they don't value your contributions at all. your nothing for them at last treat like very bad. Learn & get experience and leave as soon as possible.

Company provides good facilities in the company, good culture in the company

Dislikes

Most of the employees on the bench period and the company policy is not good about the salary who is on projects that people gives company salary who is on bench that people didn't receive salary.

I joined Mphasis as fresher, not really knowing what I was getting into. Have learnt a lot.

Dislikes

...tunities for them. Stagnant growth. Talent is being wasted. No hikes/increments. Plenty reasons will be given for not giving out Variable pay. So altogether they hire freshers for namesake and then discard them later in 2 years.

If you just wanna earn a 5 digit salary every month then it's a best company to stay. Nobody will ask you anything.

Dislikes

Managers here are incompetent technically. They are staying here for more than 13+ years. I don't understand the reason maybe they didn't get a job outside 🙃. Company is heavily dependent on the micro management. No body here cares about tech they just wanna maintain multiple excel sheets of no use.
