Most of the employees on the bench period and the company policy is not good about the salary who is on projects that people gives company salary who is on bench that people didn't receive salary.

no career growth dont have opportunity to learn new technologies very few people are good in this company all seniors are keeping there dependency work life is not balanced

no salary hike its been 7 years i joined on 2.8 package today after 7 years of experience my package is 4.7

Mphasis is a good place to work with regards to job security and management. Also depending on the project, there's scope for a lot of career growth and job satisfaction. Work-life balance depends again on the project you're under and how stressful it can be.

Dislikes

...rowth and work-life balance can be horrible if the project is not good enough. Also salary hikes are average.

Likes

Work life balance is best. Managers and leads are helpful. Job security is very high like TCS.

Dislikes

Very less salary (like Wipro,TCS, Infosys, cognizant, LTI etc) Growth is low. Management is poor no response if you have any questions from them. HR is not good. They suck employees by paying very less amount as salary. No employment welfare or engagement (like Accenture, Deloitte etc) Allover very low growth in career. They pay less money to employees and show their high profit in financial quarters.

...the rating and appraisal.Good learning experience, difficult to reach to the HR.Bench policy is not good, if you are on bench for 2 months then from next month salary will be half and then consecutive month no payment will be given of you are still on the bench. Overall experience of good.
