Their recruiter force you to take joining bonus and to join the company but then that's a trap, while leaving the company they will make that as a reason and take your entire salary and everything and still ask you to pay more.

Training was average, job security is really good, salary and appraisal can be improved a lot. Work environment is good. Work life balance need to be improved a lot

Leaves are bad work pressure is horrible according to their needs.

There was nothing to talk about y working experience here. They never valued a good employee.

Poor Pay, no facilities of food for late shift employees. horrible transportation services. No career growth.

Most of candidates who is looking for job they always give first preference for MNC company so as you are selected for Mphasis that mean your in MNC company, come to the point what i have experienced there which was good for me first thing was that they gave me good training during my training session i gain lots of knowledge aboit companies , how companies actually works, and how companies do there business over the world there was lots of thing i experienced, after that when i went to the work place that was awsome i met with my team leader and manager They were very nice person they always appreciates me push me to achieve my goal and my targets. I was with happy with that company

As i have seen in BPO Domestic voice process the salary was quiet good for the fresher but apart from this particular process salary was good.

... Pragati Leader in less than 1 year. Environment was professional and energetic. The only issue was low salary. Finally now I miss my Mphasis very much.

Everything was professional and excellent except low salary. Inspite of low salary I have really enjoyed my job a lot.
