No Hike at all, They cut the variable sometime 0 some time 22% sometime 45% No Promotion No goodies distribution No team Lunch :-(

...tly Modernization Projects so less work in Legacy systems. Good Learning Scope Good salary than most service-based companies.

No clear communications of hike or appraisals. Most projects are like direct work with clients so less interaction with Mphasis manager so less job motivation.

Low Salary compared to market standard. No public holidays but comp off given No annual increment given, fake promises on appraisals No work culture or activities no goodies from company, you're just an employee

Likes

Colleagues are fun, free coffee, dominos and starbucks on campus. Team leaders and managers are fun, will take you on team outings, wont let you pay for food and beverages. Free transportation after 9pm. Cafeteria is reasonable but no coupons and discounts for level1 employees.

Dislikes

Work pressure, rotational shifts including 3rd shift for a very less pay. Also, your colleagues will have a higher pay than you even though you got recruited the same day and zero experience. The management won't take any actions on this even if you go upfront about this.
