...ch diversity initiative, has filled middle management with incompetent managers. - Almost no hike, promotions. Diversity promotions are forced by senior management. - Highly incompetent managers won't let you work as they are insecure. - No coordination between business and technology. - I can go on and on. But its pointless.

Likes

normally the perks are goos in the company and the salary structure with the hikes and all are good enough

Dislikes

the company recently fired a lot of people post covid and therefore the job security I would say is not as good as it used to be earlier

They have good compensation and bonus. Work life balance is fine.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all. You might be terminated at any instant of time even though you are one of the best performer in your team/project.

Work culture is not good, Tech stack is old and everything is customized work life balance is nill. everything will be driven from US. You never know when you will be kicked out of the company.

Company policies are good. E.g. You get 90 days paid sick leave per year. Leave encashment is on total salary and not just base salary.

Dislikes

1. No job security. They may ask you to resign at any point of time irrespective of your performance. 2. Most of the time the efforts don’t get recognised by the management. 3. Most of the decisions related to promotion or appraisal are taken by US counterparts who may not have a detailed insight of the individual’s contribution. (This is my personal experience during my tenure with the company (2016-2019) and it might be different for different team/department).
