Salary compensation they paid very good. Besides the other facilities like skills and development session from outsider(Iron lady, etc.) are there. Hybrid culture is also there this is a plus. Food compensation is also good. Overall Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

Dislikes

Management is unprofessional. Don't believe in Team work. Managers play divide and rule policy they encourages team member to fight with each other and play unethically with each other.

...ons/appraisals. You need to be a very vocal, extrovert person to get promoted. Yearly salary hike is pretty low.

Workload is fine, office cab. Another company screwed by Micromanagers

Dislikes

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. No clear picture about management, during appraisal you'll find new stakeholders which u had to satisfy

Worst work culture, lot of favouritism, no job security, Good salary hike & bonus will be given for the one who is close to managers, no scope for improvement and manager will treat well for the best buttering employees but not for honest & hard working employees.

normally the perks are goos in the company and the salary structure with the hikes and all are good enough

Dislikes

the company recently fired a lot of people post covid and therefore the job security I would say is not as good as it used to be earlier
