A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. No clear picture about management, during appraisal you'll find new stakeholders which u had to satisfy

Zero Work Life Balance - Forget Life only Work, Work and Only Work that remains, Poor Management, Extremely Pressurising, Efforts are not Recognised, Rigid,Heights of Micro Management levels, No Support from HR - At Times becomes The Most Toxic Environment to work at !!

Market offers atleast 40% higher pay scale for CAs with 12+ years experience Women management mostly busy with married life and kids as 1st priority making lives of production team and others miserable Filthy politics Zero delegation even at high levels.. VPs are dummies of top management

... organization and later they will kick you out with no intimation and no reason. Only bonus is what you can expect which is one time thing.
