This was my 1st Job, it will be always special for me because of its low salary package, real time work experience and moreover the colleagues/seniors are very much inspired individuals bagging years of experience. And the company policies should be set sound in order to maintain the corporate standards.

Company policies are not good,appraisals are not fair and they not give salary hike every year.there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue and career growth is slow
