Its a great company for a short stint. You can get your CTC upgraded and move on. My suggestion to aspiring candidates do not settle for lesser than 50% of current ctc.

Huge pay disparity people with lower salary bracket cannot dream of getting higher package The LTeam is based out of Delhi so the culture is to demean ppl from other region Suggestion : aspiring candidates must negotiate their salary with a minimum hike of 50% its a standard in Delhi so other regions should follow suite

Not recommend for senior role, work for a year or 2 then move on. Negotiate salary with HR properly more preference given to ppl in HO. Since its a delhi based company leadership and top level mgt looks at people from other regions as inferior. They comment on the way you dress and look. If you are joining as KAM role then pls never dream of geting a leadership role as well as team handling role you will never this opportunity.

Good work environment. Supportive colleagues and good management. Company policies are cool and incentives were very attractive.

Sometimes management ignore to address the issue and want results anyhow. Salary is decent and on-time, but career growth is quite slow.

I was exploited by my TL shiv Shankar mishra n makemytrip pay 40000 for per employee n ienergizer pays only half of that compensation very unprofessional n uneducated inexperienced people energized hires.
