The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

Good work culture.....work from home mode......salary on time & no unnecessary deductions.....all are transparent. You need not to give 1 minute more towards the company & also, you cannot logoff 1 minute early.

Dislikes

You will always be surrounded by escalations, warning letters & you never know, you can be fired at any time. For contractual employees, they rarely convert people into permanent role though they claim conversion can happen on the basis of performance....but that's untrue.

...nd the group manger they were so helpful in every way. Appraisals are very fair. and I got the good salary . Even the work environment are good too .

I like the Amazon in every way where is for the rules or policies if Amazon mention polices than there is a reason behind it .

Everything is best. Managers and teammates are very supportive. Salary credited before completing a month is the great feature.

Contractual job is not good. When I was working my performance was good as compare to others but some teammates are permanent whose performances are not good they are still working.

Salary package and company was good but the management is pathetic and process is almost a headache.

Dislikes

They didn't value your loyalty towards the company and even they didn't consider your good work for your job security.
