The managers are good. Not much work pressure.

...if I have fever for a day I have to use my casual leave or privileged leaves. 2. I worked from March 2021 and ended my employment on 19th September 2022, guess what till now no bonus, no hikes some people who joined in Dec 2020 even they didn't get hike until sept 2022. 3. 90 days of notice period, come on still in this era big companies like Mindtree keep 90 days notice period, but they never hire anyone with more than 60 days for joining.

Though we do hardwork, our work will not be recognised by some of the people. Freshers package will be more than senior who is teaching everything to them. Some managers will see the partiality and will not help us to get the good hike every year (but 1000rs increment for every appraisal we can get). Only because of package and politics, I left the company

After I got hired got moved to client location. I never got the feel that I belong to Mindtree except last day of the month when i used to get pay slip. Mindtree lacks in better pay. One can grow in mindtree by working in the mindtree location or client location having huge number of mindtree employees. Its good company for freshers but not for the people having excellent skill. If you have really very good skill you won't get anything better here, which you can get in different company.

There is nothing to like about this company, everyone here is just really unprofessional and incompetent to wok in fast paced environment especially HR department. They are just frustrating for real.

No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. Some people really dont understand common things also, lack of common sense in senior employees. Rude behaviour. Cost cutting at its peak.conpany is not growing because of their incompetence in maintaining the project quality and all that is affecting to employees, employees are suffering because of incompetence of board directors to maintain the project quality. LTIMindtree’s growth very soon will be on decrement path. Clear signal to all employees of LTIMindtree as soon as possible resign and switch for betterment of you.

No available projects still they keep hiring new members and put them on bench. Although bench policy is of 6 month but within 2 months HR will tell you that we don't have much opportunities inside our organisation try to search outside and ask about the resignation Poor management Terrible company to join as a lateral as they don't have much project.
