Too much Regionality politics what we call in other word as racism. yearly variable amount which is 50% of total variable wont get even though officially it would be given in paper. no proper project in Bangalore. preference is fourth after mumbai, pune, chennai. Exit process is further horrible. compains to HR did not work anytime. I have left 2 months back. My exit process is still going on. Even though I have put resignation in their portal it did not trigger any email to me. Until unless manager is approving you are blank.

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
