There is a lot of freedom and opportunity for learning technology. The company also provides enough flexibility in working environment. This is particularly true in the horizontal practice units of the company.

...ources like me. This restricts the exploration of new technology and innovation. Also, LTI needs to improve in terms of compensation.

Dislikes

Teammates were really good and supportive, training was good, Appraisal and salary was extremely discriminatory and bosses cared about their own growth rather than junior's growth. The bosses were essentially extremely selfish/!!

Likes

Company has excellent work culture which fosters career growth. Work life balance, salary and benefits is good with good job security. It also enables skill development and learning which promotes work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Promotion guidelines is not clear. Appraisal is not released in timely manner.

It very important to select the company like LTIMindtree that helped in bringing Work Ethics, Values and Collaborative spirit. I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. I like about the supportive environment and benefits on work life.

I strongly dislike about inadequate compensation.

The pay structure is neither according to the experience level nor the market level for the experience / application we work on. Also, criteria considered for pay hike are many. Secondly, its mandatory for a person to come and work in office over weekend when it necessitates to avail a comp off, which otherwise are considered as not eligible for applying for comp off. This is very much wrong as not all employees can come to office to support on weekend and if any urgent cases we support from home. This should also be considered and allowed to work from home and avail comp off.
