It's a WITCH (Wipro Infosys TCS Cognizant HCL) company, high job security, extremely underskilled workforce. Good for people with low aptitude and no engineering skills.

Zero work life balance, poor appraisals, low salary, mentally challenged teammates, time wastage meetings, mentally challenged senior management, insensitive senior management yada yada

there are so many things which i didnt like - 1 - company has reduced employees monthly salary bec company's quarterly performance was not as expected 2 - employees have not received their increment this year 3 - people have not received their annual performance pay 4- lot of people are told to resign and kept on bench from project to reduce cost and this has increased work pressure on people who are working on the project.

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench

HCLTECH is a good company to work with. The work-life balance is good, but it depends on the project/account. The work atmosphere is good.

we work really hard in project but the salary we are getting as junior's salary. I am not at happy with my hikes even though I got exceptional performance
