Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
