Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.

I appreciate the opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but I feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team, and the industry standards.

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus
