Focus and Opportunities for learning is great CEO is good and top L&T leadership are probably good people however senior leadership below C level can be improved. The profile, history and legacy of the group organisation is excellent Many new offices have opened Organization is on growth trajectory , although pace should be improved.

Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. And forgot, mentorship is good and the support from the seniors is good as well.
