Organization has a culture that provides ample opportunities to learn and to hone the skills. Employees are heard and there are forums that allow everyone to express. The offices have good infrastructure. Organization has well rounded policies for people, safety, equality and in general for business operations. Feel proud to be part of L&T group that plays major role in nation building.

Dislikes

The salary increments are average.

Likes

1. Salary on time 2. Hybrid 3. Minimum six hours to be in office and remaining three hours we could regularize. 4. Separate team to schedule internal interview for project allocation called Work force management. 5. Learning sites like Shoshin school were useful for individual development.

Dislikes

1. Onboarding kit / Joining bonus were kept on hold from the month i joined. 2. Yet to receive headphones, hopefully will receive in future.

Likes

Mostly a secure job and no confusions on salary and leaves. Good place to learn professional IT working and software skill set for initial 2 years.

Dislikes

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.
