Good work culture. Teammates and management are supportive. Cafeteria, Dormitory, library, Game zone for chilling and relaxing. Policies are good. Management will encourage to take up new trainings and certifications

Slow Growth is seen with most of the designations. Salary hike and appraisals are a bit concerning.

... the team. Also you will get hands on softwars tools to get learning experience. Salary increment is not up to the mark but still you can satisfy with the your currently salary. there is notice period of 90 days which I believe it should get reduce to 60 or 45 days.

Excellent company in terms of learning opportunities, work culture. This is one of the reasons to find many employees with long tenure at LTIM.

Dislikes

Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.

I appreciate the opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but I feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team, and the industry standards.

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .
