Good work culture. Teammates and management are supportive. Cafeteria, Dormitory, library, Game zone for chilling and relaxing. Policies are good. Management will encourage to take up new trainings and certifications

Slow Growth is seen with most of the designations. Salary hike and appraisals are a bit concerning.

... the team. Also you will get hands on softwars tools to get learning experience. Salary increment is not up to the mark but still you can satisfy with the your currently salary. there is notice period of 90 days which I believe it should get reduce to 60 or 45 days.

Nothing to like, typical salary give for work company for a vendor based work environment

Food quality, jail behaviour, no freedom of expression, political agenda, can't even keep our bags on the table, cleaning staff don't even enter odc, terrible micro management, i don't know where they find managers like this.. probably go to a building under construction and get a supervisor from there and make him manager

software related issues are monitored and cleared as soon as we raise the request.

... but with in our it should get cleared their expectations without other support. payment team is really worst all the invoices will not be paid on time no extra allowance will be provided based on the work done by extending the duration extending for some specific time is good but here all the day extend till mid night to clear the things is not possible they won't accept that
