There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work life balance. Managers will generally not ask you to work on weekends or time off periods unless it is critical

...et stuck in a project for a very long time and thus your learning will stagnate. The compensation and hikes are very poor and below market standards

The only thing here is job security and work life balance that also depend on project, manager and client.

Poor salary hikes, no clear Communication from upper management whats happening in company, lack of good long term projects.

Pay scale is good. But job security is at risk

Kept on bench for a lot of time. Later got an onsite opportunity, during work when they came to know about my pregnancy, cancelled my deputation and was kept on bench till maternity leave. NOT preferring candidates coming from maternity leaves for projects.
