Projects are okay. Work culture is nice no one asks you to work overtime. Over-all it is a good company

Salary is average for freshers. Appraisals are not given as expected or on time after LTI and Mindtree merger.

The company policies always seem to demote the confidence in employee. There will not be any eligible compensation though there are plenty hard efforts from the employee

... company is good and work culture is also good which makes me feel like working. Regarding working from home, about the internet charges claim in this situation company should pay us additionally in place of adjusting it with our salary.

I joined the company as fresher after college and we were given low pay and 2 years bond. The pay never increased but bond period came to end and I resigned immediately when it happened. No career growth and nothing to learn. Only support projects. But it also depends on ur luck. There are few good projects also and few good people also but I personally had a bad experience with this company and would never recommend it to anyone.

Eveything I dislike. Nothing to like. Money plays the important factor because everybody knows that it employer keeps the employees happy the employees will keep the clients happy but here that's the main factory and there is no job Secuirty. 1 month ur on bench and ur fired directly or indirectly by the HR

... no different, although I'd rate it slightly better than its other counterparts. The compensation structure isn't up to the mark at all if you compare it to a product company, the learning curve isn't that good, there's politics, managers won't care for your personal growth, they would only mind if the project work is getting hampered. Work culture often goes for a toss, especially since it's a client centric company, willing to please the client. At times, you're pretty much at the mercy of the client, who often let out their frustration on you on calls. Yeah, it's a very secure job, but often work life balance can go for a toss. If you're looking to start your career in IT, with good skill sets to begin with, this place is a no brainer. That being said, it's still better than the other service based companies out there.

Dislikes

Compensation, work culture, politics in the work, learning curve. All these are typical of most service based companies. Can't expect any different from L&T Infotech.
