Mostly a secure job and no confusions on salary and leaves. Good place to learn professional IT working and software skill set for initial 2 years.

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.

...s and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.
