Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.

I appreciate the opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but I feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team, and the industry standards.

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus

The learning opportunities provided by the company are excellent. Have wonderful leadership who are always there to mentor and support.
