I enjoyed each moment I worked in this organisation. Few of my colleagues were highly motivational, energetic and helpful. Accessories provided by the organization were of premium quality. Work space were chilling.

...job security. I was fired with one day notice. No promotion for at least 3years. Salary structure is too complicated.

LTIM needs to come up with a way to foster and retain talent by offering periodic longevity-based compensation corrections, which is primary reason for employees to leave, It should definitely be linked to performance throughout the tenure of the employee. Starting with 3, 5, 7, 10 years and so on, this would ensure higher talent retention and keeping the employees satisfied.

Worst Service based company. They treat employee as slave. And take advantage of bench employee to ask to relocate in other city without any salary hike.
