You are bound to get better at your job as you'll have no other option. That's the only positive.

Dislikes

Right from the general culture of the company to the method it follows. There are some employees who are absolute egomaniacs and are professional disasters. Company puts excessive work pressure on employees and impractical decisions of the management makes it even worse. Lee & Nee actually operates like a local trade company of Burrabazar with the cloak of corporate IT name.
