very competitive on salary, after clocking out not calls, weekend off and Holidays are given whenever requested well in time. Been here over few year so no issues with contract.

Dislikes

Initially it was bothering me about IP Camera, but with time I realised the reason behind it and if you are following reporting requirements you don't face any issues. Attendance is in focus due to companies global operation.

Horrible experience. If anyone really want to spoil their career for wfh ,please join this company. Micromanagement at highest level. Even after that they will not trust you. Contractual Employment Hire and Fire cultural. You need to invest heavily on your own for PC setup. Their Human Resources are only for keeping watch on the employees. Company doesnt even follow their own terms agreed on the contract.

Nothing to like. This company - Legend Footwear is the biggest fraud when it comes to working here as an employee. Don't ever dare to enter in this company as the managers will torture you everyday and it will be like killing you slowly.

Dislikes

This company is a big scam. Please don't work here even if they offer you high salary or decent pay raise on your last salary. Working in Legend Footwear will prove to be a nightmare so mind it.

As an organization, it needs more improvement when it comes to the way different departments work. Sometimes feel that the things can be more organized:)

Only Remote location but they see you on camera all your working hours and even if you move for Minutes away from system they will raise the ticket and complain.

Micromanagement No breaks Fixed break timings No paid leaves, no sick and casual leaves Company policies keeps on changes Immediate termination will be there when company thinks no more required Only one member leave will be approved and whoever applies first rest it will be rejected strictly and will ask you to work.
