very competitive on salary, after clocking out not calls, weekend off and Holidays are given whenever requested well in time. Been here over few year so no issues with contract.
Initially it was bothering me about IP Camera, but with time I realised the reason behind it and if you are following reporting requirements you don't face any issues. Attendance is in focus due to companies global operation.
