Earning is good No calls after logging out if you follow the rules then no issues with anything Issues are with people who doesn't communicate properly otherwise its a good place to work

No paid holiday Strict shift timing, can be flexible with timings as per IST. Strict with rules and regulation

Transparent communication makes me feel valued and heard. In terms of carrier growth - performance os recognised and rewarded and promotions are based on merit. Only Remote location but they see you on camera all your working hours and even if you move for Minutes away from system they will raise the ticket and complain.

Micromanagement No breaks Fixed break timings No paid leaves, no sick and casual leaves Company policies keeps on changes Immediate termination will be there when company thinks no more required Only one member leave will be approved and whoever applies first rest it will be rejected strictly and will ask you to work.
