There is no on roll job,if you selected as onroll staff even there is no culture,no hike,no promotion,no work time balance,no appreciation,no job security,no safety for workers at shop floor,no safety in machinery,and there is too much partiality between management and production employees.Bad choice for diploma holders not for engineers

...f you join junior supervisor, after 12 years only you will get supervising post.salary increments is very low minimum 0 increment maximum 500 per Annam. No travel facilities available. Appraisal given only for favourite people.

We are learning more things day-by-day with my energetic team. The company is imagineering & successfully completing all projects. We gaining more information & more experience from our projects. And important thing is they are conducting useful classes (security & safety classes) and cultural programs. We are working with intraculture people. We learn about different cultures.
