People being forced to come office, office is also not fun. I feel bored there not able to focus on work. The same work I am able to do from home with 2X productivity. Perks and employee engagement is really pathetic. Management is less proactive.

In covid -19 during that time company paid all salary without any deductions am really apriciated to the landmark company and my family also I am proud to be landmarker

I resign my job due to some issue ofter that I requested to withdraw but company not supported to me

Its a great joueney to me work in landmark group. There is a big opportunity to learning in landmrkgrp. Its was huge facility to staff like fruit monday, snack saturday etc the company is providing.

The staff who is deserve a good salary they r not getting that much who is not deserve they r getting n new staff is getting more than old

...ob security is 100% if your are a performer and growth follows with performance. Salary is best in the industry and again is knowledge based. There is huge opportunity in here to learn and gain extra knowledge as you are free to experiment new ideas and opportunities. Colleagues and seniors are non political as everyone is busy with there own tasks. Overall its a place to work for as work-life balance is on priority.

The most unsatisfactory part of the organisation is that major part of the team consists of people who are there for decades and are very slow for change. Most of them are in the comfort zone. The company needs more professionals.

Salary is decent and good at managerial levels but not so much for lower level staff. New skill Learning is usually not looked upon kindly as it hurts other peoples ego. Work life balance depends on your boss. Politics are a major part of how you survive in Company. Work Environment is usually polluted with regional and racial politics.

...n you are typically used to and up to some extent new ways of business Handling. Salary/ Appraisals system is in place but depends greatly on business performance rather than individual and people at higher position are the ones usually getting Benefit of the system rather than everyone.
